Antique Brick & Block is currently seeking career-oriented applicants to expand our customer service team with a focus on purchasing and logistics. Applicants should be highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented to maximize effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. The position is directly responsible for ensuring product is secured and delivered in a timely fashion and is a key role in a successful supply and demand chain for Antique Brick & Block. This is an entry-level position with potential future growth within our company.

Responsibilities & Job Information

Perform Duties within the Purchasing Department in all aspects, including but not limited to:

• Submitting purchase orders to vendors
• Establishing vendor relationships and maintain vendor contact database
• Researching products for proper acquirement
• Maintaining the production calendar
• Communicating with Sales Team on availability of product
• Book and maintain LTL shipments
• Upkeep Point of Sale system with up-to-date accurate information
• Assist the Inbound Trucking Department to prepare truckloads
• Upkeep and update reports for various department use
• Work closely with the Sales & CS Teams to coordinate information in regards to inventory products and special orders for their ongoing projects
• Have precise time management and excellent follow-up skills
• Present a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Ensure that personal conduct and social media platforms reflect favorably upon employer

Pay is Hourly and based on experience.
