Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Construction Sales professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on the construction industry or related sectors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical sales expertise and strategic thinking to contribute to our company’s success.


Duties:

  • Cultivate new client relationships through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of brick or clay veneers, concrete block, natural and manufactured stone, hardscape products, exterior cladding systems, and related accessories.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute time-management combined with territory-management strategies to maximize sales opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project specifications, product availability, and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in inside sales activities when necessary, including follow-up communications and order processing.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance and uphold a positive online presence that reflects well on the company.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 2-4 Year Degree in Professional Design, Construction Management, Marketing, or Communications (relevant experience may substitute).
  • Experience: Proven success (2-4 years) in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or related industries.
  • Clean driving record is required.
