We’re excited to share our partnership with Tempio and tell you about their latest offering: Block Skin! This product offers quick and straightforward installation without the need for special tools. It’s made of 83% recycled materials and doesn’t require mortar or adhesives.
Block Skin is designed to simplify the installation process of ventilated facades. Pieces can be taken directly from the pallet without needing to mix multiple pallets beforehand, ensuring the correct design pattern. A major advantage of this collection is that it requires no mortar. The non-rigid installation of Block Skin panels prevents unsightly cracks from appearing along the wall due to minor structural movements. Pieces are mounted onto pre-drilled horizontal rails, 4 meters in length, which can be screwed directly to the substrate wall or to vertical supports, either metal or wood.
In addition, Block Skin features a dual anchoring system. Tiles cut lengthwise retain all required anchor points, ensuring perfect installation and product adaptability to any architectural design. It doesn’t stop there! Product benefits include:
